Hi, friend! Welcome back to another Spring fashion blog post on Affordable by Amanda. Another major trend to talk about for Spring/Summer 2021 are midi skirts. Flowy in nature and flattering to all, midi skirts are a welcome trend as we move forward into the Summer months.

20 Best Midi Skirts 2021

Midi skirts are not mini skirts nor are they maxi skirts. Midi skirts happen to fall smack in the “middle” of the leg. I’ve had an infatuation with midi-length dresses and skirts ever since the trend first appeared back in my high school days.

For my Senior prom, I even wore a gorgeous Tiffany blue midi-length strapless dress for the night. I’ll always think back to that dress as such an iconic moment where I felt stylish and trendy in my midi-dress.

While most girls in my grade opted for traditional full-length gowns, I stepped out of the norm and wore a high-low dress that hit right at my knee!

My little back story with midi-length skirts has me eager to share a list of 20 Best Midi Skirts 2021! New year, new skirts. While browsing to share the best midi skirts for 2021, I ended up at Target, Abercrombie, and Madewell.

The midi wrap skirt I am wearing for this outfit photos comes from the Knox Rose line at Target. The Knox Rose line has a contemporary/bohemian feel to it! I’ve worn a floral-printed Knox Rose dress for another outfit shoot that I really loved.

If you are looking for an affordable bohemian brand I’d suggest looking into Knox Rose at Target. This midi skirt that I recently purchased at Target fits me great in my true size, medium.

The wrap feature isn’t fully functional, which doesn’t bother me because that means it won’t ever accidentally open up all the way. Compared to other bright and girly floral printed things that I currently own, this skirt felt more “dark romance”, don’t ya agree?

20 Spring Midi Skirts

With this floral printed midi skirt, I searched through my closet for a top to match. Thankfully, I didn’t have to dig too deep because I found an Amazon cami tank in the same brown shade.

While shooting outfit pictures with Carter near the Vinoy Hotel, we captured the essence of such a flowy midi skirt as I walked up and down the staircase.
