Happy Monday, friends! I hope you have a great day and that you are as excited as I am for Thanksgiving on Thursday. I am going to be spending some quality family time and eating a ton, so expect some great blog pictures to come! Today I am sharing some Makeup Favorites for the Fall…I have been sorting through my makeup collection and I realized I have never tried the coveted “beauty blender”. When I was able to use my VIB 20% off code on sephora.com last weekend, I made the splurge and bought my first one! I purchased the Original Beauty Blender and I have been liking it so far. I have been using it slightly damp with my foundation and applying it with the pointed side. It really does get into areas around my nose that are hard to reach with other brushes, so I am happy with that feature!
bareMinerals is a classic makeup staple for me. Ever since I first started wearing makeup in middle school I have used this brand as one of my foundations. I wear the lightest shade because I am very light-skinned and I have been using this powder to set all my liquid foundation in place. It really mattifies the skin and completes my makeup routine. At $28, it is definitely worth the buy because the results are truly fantastic. Since I have such oily skin, this helps keep my makeup from sliding off throughout the day. Give this a try if you are also oily because I think you would love it! If that is too high of a price point for you, Rimmel London Stay Matte Powder is a great dupe for less than $6.00.
Another item I recently bought is the Becca Glow on the Go Shimmering Set at Sephora. It was only $20, and it came with a liquid shimmering wand in “Opal” and a pressed version in “Opal”. Holy pigment! I made the mistake of applying way too much of the pressed powder at first and it ended up looking ridiculous. Definitely use caution when applying the pressed version. I should have been more gradual with my application process, but I am used to drugstore highlighters where you need to add a ton of product to get a good result! I highly recommend this set because it is way cheaper {save $18!} than if you were to buy a pressed highlighter on its own. You also get a wand version which is a nice bonus!
Clinique Eyeshadows are something I have started to dive back into recently. The purple shade in this duo is simply incredibly pigmented and easy to apply. I love finding unique colors and Clinique has a ton to choose from! The duos are also fun to use because they have a lid shade and a crease shade.
The Revlon Matte Balm included in today’s post is something I have been eyeing for some time now. I absolutely love bold lipsticks because they are great for fall looks! The color I purchased is “Standout” which is a gorgeous matte reddish tint. I also used a CVS coupon that made it under $7.00 instead of $10. It is a retractable chubby crayon and has shea, mango, and coconut butter for moisture. I love this perfect bold Fall shade and I will be wearing it all holiday season!
The corrective serum I recently purchased was a splurge of mine, but one that I am not regretting so far! It is from the brand Kiehl’s which is a brand I have loved for over a year now. This serum is supposed to help with dark spots and I have been applying it every morning and night after cleansing and before applying moisturizer. It comes with a dropper and I smooth it all over my face. I know I won’t see immediate results because something like this takes time, so an updated review will be on the blog in a month or so! So far nothing bad has happened, such as a bad reaction to the product.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Enjoy your day!

I love Clinique eye products (mascara, eye shadows) as they are so gentle and wear really well. Also anything by Kiehl's! And this Original Beauty Blender has been on my beauty shopping list!
