1. Maybelline Better Skin Concealer…this product has seriously changed how I look at Maybelline concealers! Of course I do love this undereye concealer, but I haven’t found a great oil-free concealer from the brand until now. No longer am I going to jump the gun and purchase my favorite $29 NARS creamy concealer, but I am instead purchasing this product. It covers up everything you need to hide--imperfections, dark circles, redness, unevenness, and dark spots! I am thoroughly impressed with the thick consistency of this concealer, and how it smooths over your skin and hides everything you want to cover up in one easy swipe. I have the color “fair” which is a great match for my complexion.
2. Maybelline Fit Me Bronzer...I suggest this product if you are someone who is looking for a light dust of color on your skin at a super affordable price point. I picked this product up {along with the concealer I just raved about!} when I used a $4 off $15 coupon in Maybelline products at CVS. The bronzer is lightly pigmented so it may take a few strokes to see some color on your face, but it does apply nicely and gives a healthy glow. I like how it is oil-free and under $6.00!
3. Clinique All About Shadow Duo ‘Blackberry Frost’…although this is not an item from the drugstore, I have to mention how much I love these two colors. I have blue eyes so normally I stick to golden bronzy tones but somehow I love the combination of purple and slate! Clinique has a ton of color combinations that are beautifully pigmented and are long-wearing. Blending it together with the ‘slate’ color at the corners of your eyes gives the best smoked-out look that is still casual enough for the daytime. This one is $21 from Macy’s, and I am almost hitting pan with it!
4.Kate Moss Rimmel London Lipstick in “30”…this shade is not quite as dark as the Rimmel London 107 lipstick, but rather more cool-berry toned. It is a matte shade and is a great pick for the fall! I loved wearing it this weekend–pictures to come shortly!–with my new skirt and blouse for outfit pictures. I am not the best at keeping my lipstick neat, though! I have such a hard time eating and keeping my lipstick from smudging, but nonetheless this lipstick was fun to wear. Ulta is selling it for $5.49 which is a steal for a nice plum berry lipstick! Thanks for stopping by!
