Fall is a season that rarely happens in this area of the country. Which is so sad because it’s one of my favorite seasons to celebrate! Luckily when I lived in Tallahassee, there were so many giant oak trees to see and leaves actually fell. I just have to pretend to live somewhere NOT adjacent to the hot Gulf this time of year, haha.

However, I do still enjoy styling cute fall-ready looks on my blog! And, the good news is a cold front is coming right my way tomorrow. I. Am. Excited. I think I may even try to wear a few looks to shoot while the weather is pleasant tomorrow afternoon.

Some of the trends I’ve noticed for the fall are ARMY GREEN VESTS similar to the one I have on here today. I feel like they can easily become a neutral piece to be worn over sweaters, OFF-THE-SHOULDER DRESSES, and long sleeve tees.

Also — I must point out my new lipstick color! The SMASHBOX liquid lipstick I am wearing during this shoot is a soft matte brownish-red tone that I picked up from Sephora. It’s a longwearing formula that provides a matte finish that won’t budge even after you eat and drink! I highly recommend trying out one o the colors Smashbox created for this specific liquid lipstick line.
