While in New York visiting family, I indefinitely packed too much. I have a horrible habit of overpacking, but as a fashion blogger, I seem to always go above and beyond the limits!
In these photos above, I wore a new green tank top from American Eagle, purchased in the city for under $20. I picked up a size XS because it runs a bit big. The tank top is available in a mustard yellow and blush color, too.
These button-front tank tops are seriously thriving right now as one of the hottest summer trends you need! Of course, I continued to wear my favorite Lisi Lerch Greta Gold Disc Earrings with almost all of the looks I planned out.

Another stop along my tour of NYC for the best Instagram spots was the Yumi Kim floral mural! We took a subway down to Soho to find the exact location of the store and the mural.
The mural looks a lot bigger on the Internet than it is in real life. And those locked-up painted floral containers are actually TRASH CANS. I did not want to climb up onto the trash cans so I just took some photos in front of the mural, haha.
I have on a striped tie-waist dress from Loft. I am wearing it in a size small and I’m telling you this is the SOFTEST swingy flounce dress ever.
My Sugarfix by BaubleBar Hammered Metallic Hoop Earrings ($12.99) added some much-needed shine to this look. Although these hoops look large, they are surprisingly lightweight and do not ug down on my ears at all. I wore them throughout my NYC day trip.
