October Walmart Try-On Outfits Under $25
I stepped inside Walmart unexpectedly ending up photographing a try-on session! I was fully committed to completing my returns at guest services and immediately head back home until I spotted some brand new fall tops and outerwear pieces. Not everything found at Walmart has the best quality, however, I was able to scoop up quite a few great buys. I wanted to share what I tried on while at Walmart with you today, complete with my sizes and opinions on the quality. All of these items will be linked below the images, too. My personal favorite is the $19.00 fleece pullover you will read all about coming up very shortly! Time and Tru Snowtipped Jacket Quarterzip Pullover: $19.00
Oh my, oh my! This fleece pullover makes me want to book a flight to Denver tomorrow! Seriously though, this snowtipped jacket will look flattering on everyone this season. Both the inner lining and outer lining of this jacket has insanely warm material. It’s also such an affordable find for under $20. I can already tell that this jacket will become one of next month’s best sellers! I am wearing a medium in the try-on photo that you see above. When I shared this jacket on Instagram Stories, I received soooo many direct messages about it! The color selection on this affordable fleece jacket ranges from speckled gray to a creamy white. There is another color option that has a blush pink shade on the top and a creamy white on the bottom that caught my attention while writing out this blog post, too. I might have to order it before taking off for New York City in November!

I saw this plaid cardigan and tossed it into my cart ASAP. I love the mix of neutrals. The softness level isn’t amazing, this isn’t like my Target cardigan, but I love the pattern to it. I also recommend purchasing a size down if you like how this plaid cardigan looks! I grabbed a medium and I really needed a small. I styled it with a darling suede button-up miniskirt (wearing a size 9) and a mockneck shirt (in a size medium).
Leopard Print Lace Trim Cami: $5.00 || Time and Tru Pocket Rib Duster Cardigan: $18.00
I found this leopard printed satin lace trip cami on clearance for only $5.00. This cami ended up in my shopping bag by the end of the night! The leopard print is easy to style with an oversized cardigan and jeans, too. The silky satin material makes it feel extra luxe and I love the added lace trim at the top. It could honestly be something sold at Abercrombie or Express!! The gray duster cardigan I paired with the cami will also keep you nice and toasty on a cool day. I am wearing a size medium for both pieces from Walmart.

Time and Tru Women’s Long Sleeve Button Front Rib Cardigan with Belt: $16.00
This is actually a cardigan, but I transformed it into a cute sweater dress! This sweater dress (cardigan) runs large and I tried on a medium in the fitting room when I needed to size down to a small. It’s super comfortable and a nice look for fall into winter. I’ve seen this trend on plenty of sites (Nordstrom, Old Navy) and I am glad I found an affordable ($16.00) version at Walmart. The tie-waist feature also cinches in right above my stomach to give me a flattering shape! I have on my Target mules, but if I were to take this look out on the town, I’d switch into some classic black low-rise ankle booties.

I will call this look my “woman at the office” outfit. Slipping into this pair of paperbag trousers was easy as they provide a lot of welcoming stretch! The tie-waist detail can’t be beaten for extra style and fit for any body type. I tucked my $5.00 mockneck shirt into the rust-colored pants and tossed over my neutral plaid cardigan. Spending the day sitting at your office desk? I’d definitely wear this entire look for the fall season! When the office feels warm, you can simply remove the plaid cardigan and still look effortlessly chic in the mockneck shirt and paperbag trousers. Look affordable and cute at the office for less than $40 bucks!
Time and Tru Women’s Thermal Peplum Top: $9.00
If you want to copy the classic Free People thermal top style on a budget, I have the perfect thermal for you! This $9.00 peplum thermal fits true to size and looks amazing over some dark denim for an easy weekend look. I love the purple color of it so much! You could buy every single one of these thermals in the color options available online from Walmart and STILL spend less than you would on a similar Free People top. I am wearing a medium in the picture above for size reference. Stop yourself from overspending on these classic thermal tops and pick one up from Walmart this year!
Time and Tru Women’s Supersoft Pullover Sweater: $11.44
Yikes! This one is selling out super fast! The pullover sweater lives up to its name and is “supersoft”. You can thank the special hacci knit fabric for that quality and feel. This material is a blend of cotton and wool and is best used for slouchy sweaters. The colorblock trend continues over at Walmart with this mix of light and dark blues.
