Hi, friend! It’s finally October! One of my favorite months of the year. To celebrate the start of a fresh new month, I decorated the living room space to reflect the change in seasons. Even today it felt nice outside here in tropical Florida. Our high was only 76 degrees and in the early morning, I walked outside and quickly returned back in to grab a cardigan!

It’s time to share my fall living room decor. I took some extra time to prep my living room space with my favorite home decor finds the other day. Today I’m breaking down each decor category complete with shoppable products for inspiration. Happy Fall!

My Fall Living Room Decor

Amber Glass Jars/Vases

A few new additions to my living room decor include amber glass jars and bleached thistle stems. I arranged the living room coffee table with said jars and thistle to embrace seasonal decorating with neutral tones. Amber glass vases are available at Target and Amazon right now and I think they add a nice touch to any coffee table or a console table area.

Faux Plants/Pampas Grass/Stems

Filling up amber glass jars was such an easy task for me. I found a lot of inexpensive faux plants at Target last month to style my jars with. Each stem cost me no more than $10. At Target I purchased a mix of golden hops stems, bleached thistle, mini seeded berry stems, and faux dusty leaves. For example, this stem of bleach thistle will cost only $4.99!

Beaded Garland

Another popular home decor trend on the rise? Beaded garland! Strands of neutral beaded garland look farmhouse-chic, especially for Fall. Wanna know a funny story about my beaded garland? I picked up this strand a BEADS (yes, just beads) at a craft store for under $10. Nothing fancy, just a literal strand of beige beads! I’d say it does the trick.

It’s no surprise that I have to include scented candles in my post covering home decor! In our house, there’s never a shortage of scented candles. We keep candles stored everywhere all year round.

I’d say Fall candles are my favorite to buy for the pumpkin and soothing vanilla scents. On the marble table, you’ll see an array of neutral black and white candles. The large black candle is Oud Wood & Musk from the Project 62™ line at Target. Another great option from Target is this Vanilla Pumpkin scented candle for $10.

Decorative Ceramic Pumpkins

Adding scented candles to the coffee table brings the living room space to life! Another way to add some neutral Fall decor includes stacking ceramic pumpkins on the table. Bring some charm to your Fall living room decor with white pumpkins such as this affordable $3.00 pumpkin from Target. Target has the best selection of affordable ceramic pumpkins to choose from, too.

Decorative + Festive Couch Pillows

Although most days you’ll see basic tufted pillows on our living room couch, the holiday season is a time when I enjoy finding 1-2 festive pillows to add. We keep our gray couch pretty neutral, but during the holidays I will add one colorful decorative throw pillow into the mix!

Decorative Throw Pillows Under $50

I stopped by Walmart the other day and could not believe their vast selection of decorative throw pillows for Fall. All of their pillows were between $5-$13, too! I grabbed this adorable “Hey Pumpkin” pillow for under $12. I truly loved this pillow the most out of the rest of my options because it has white and beige with just a hint of orange. The cute saying on it also pushed me to purchase it.
