Hey there! Are you in summer mode, yet? Well, here in sunny Florida, I’ve been in summer mode since early May.
Over on YouTube I am continuing to share summer outfit ideas from places like Abercrombie and American Eagle, so don’t miss out on these trendy styled looks.
After receiving a sweet comment on a recent YouTube video to shop at American Eagle I went ahead and placed an order. I haven’t placed an online order at AE since February so I felt like I had to check out their summer pieces.
In my order I added a babydoll dress, a pair of high-waisted denim mom shorts, an eyelet mini skirt, and even a jumpsuit.
Today I am sharing all of the pieces I ended up buying from American Eagle for summer and how to style each one! Of course, you’ll notice a lot of my usual summer accessories within each look, such as my rattan wicker bag and straw sun hat.

These floral runner shorts are comfy for hot summer days ahead! I got my usual size medium and they run true to size. After debating back and forth whether or not to order this palm print jumpsuit, I got it anyway! The soft grey and pink palm print feels on par for a tropical vacation. There’s an elastic band on the top for extra support.

Chose to switch things up a bit and ordered a fun floral printed tube top. This top features cute and feminine details such as a ruffle elastic across the top and a vibrant floral print. I got this top in a medium and I’d say you can order your normal size in it!

For someone who wears so many dresses, I can’t believe this dress was the only one I bought from American Eagle. As soon as I spotted this new arrival online I had to see what it would look like on me.
