Hi, my dear friend! Welcome back to another outfit idea post here on Affordable by Amanda. In the next few weeks, I personally have quite a few summer occasions to find outfits for.

I’ll be attending a summer wedding in Atlanta and visiting family up in New York. With my future vacations in mind I created summer outfits from Nordstrom under $100 to give me inspiration! Ever since putting together looks with pieces from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I’ve been searching on Nordstrom more than ever before. Of course, most of my searches are in the under $100 category.

Had to share this stylish and cute travel outfit idea while mentioning my upcoming summer trips. When I am on a plane, I’ll usually layer up. First I’ll wear a camisole tank top and carry a barefoot dreams cardigan or pullover over with me to wear if it gets cold. I almost always opt for joggers or leggings as bottoms for a flight.

On weekend trips, I pack all of my belongings inside my new Beis Travel Tote Weekender Bag. My favorite part to this carry-all bag is the compartment underneath where I can add a bunch of sandals to take along with me.

It wouldn’t be an Affordable by Amanda blog post if I didn’t include a puff-sleeve dress at least once! How cute is this pink puff-sleeved babydoll dress from Nordstrom? I seriously want to order it ASAP for my New York trip! I know it’s going to be so hot up there in late August.

casual weekend outfit: skims bodysuit + denim shorts

In this collage, I am featuring a Skims Bodysuit. I have not yet ordered anything from Kim Kardashian West’s undergarments line, but this bodysuit has me wondering if I should. The bodysuit pictured here supposedly fits everybody, too.

Free People Romper + Jelly Platforms

Alright, so with this outfit I channeled the Gen Z babes who are bringing back jelly shoes and platforms for the summer. At under $50 these platform shoes come in white and black as well. The nude seemed like the best choice in my opinion though!
