Target fall home decor has arrived online and in local stores. Since I am no longer a student, my version of back-to-school involves decorating my home as I usher in a new season. Target home decor has long been one of my favorite topics to cover here on my blog. Year after year I look at Threshold and Hearth & Hand Collections to share my top picks.

With the state of the economy in a recession I know buying home decor is probably the last thing on your mind. I am creating this post with a budget-friendly price point in mind as everything I mention hear will be under $50.
