Top Spring Shoe Trends for 2023

One of the most popular posts that I wrote a few years back included a round-up of trendy shoe styles for the year. Since a new year has started, I felt like it was time to create a new list of trendy shoe styles to keep on your radar for 2023. With the start of a new year and a fresh new season I decided to make a few shoe purchases at Walmart. A lot of the trendiest shoe styles can be found for reasonable prices at Walmart.

1. Metallics

Spring shoes are more fun with a little shimmer, right? At Walmart, I recently picked up a new pair of gold metallic sandals. These Time and Tru sandals also have brown faux leather and espadrille accents. Add a shoe with a touch of gold or silver metallics for springtime. I am going on a spring vacation with my girlfriends for a weekend cruise trip and I plan on bringing along these comfortable metallic sandals. Need more vacation outfit ideas? 2. Espadrilles

I’d say owning a pair of espadrille wedges feels like a typical spring/summer shoe. I didn’t know if I could find a comfortable espadrille wedge for myself, but I did score with these new shoes from Walmart. Not only are these Time and Tru espadrille wedges comfortable to walk around in, but they are affordable for under $30.

3. Ballet Flats

Did you know that one of spring 2023’s biggest trends will be ballet flats? With my girly and feminine style in mind, I had to embrace the balletcore trend by investing in a good pair of ballet flats. Luckily I found a comfortable and affordable pair of ballet flats from Walmart.

PS: Do not trust the images on the Walmart website when it comes to buying these flats! Hopefully you can see a better close-up image of the ballet flats with my photo above. In person the ballet flats are a gorgeous light beige tone with a silver accent at the top.

4. Crochet Sneakers

Another trend to take note on will be sneakers with unique fabrics. For example, I purchased a new pair of crochet sneakers from Walmart.
