Boho Office Decor 2022

The start of a new year always makes me want to redecorate my entire house! Is that just me? This past month I took down our Christmas decor, ordered a few new throw pillows for our couch, spruced up our living room with spring decor finds from Walmart, and moved around my home office.

In my home office space I have a neutral clothing rack where I hang up some recent purchases, a rattan desk that I use for my vanity and storing makeup, and a brown/white chest of drawers for clothes. You can see another recent look at my boho office in this post.

Last week, I moved around the large furniture in my home office to start the new year off with some change. I also bought a new area rug from Target to tie in my modern boho aesthetic. The rug lays flat across the center of my office. My last rug was also from Target so I had high hopes for this new one from Threshold when I placed my online order.

Although I made a few key changes in my home office with the placement of the furniture and my rug, I still have my same pink velvet swivel chair and rattan desk. These are two items that won’t go anywhere anytime soon! I love my rattan desk so much. It holds all of my makeup and is where I get ready in the morning. I also use my desk to hold my laptop and calendar.

Boho Office Decor 2022 Finds

1. Cashmere Geo Area Rug Gray – Threshold™

I wish these photos could show you a better look at my new area rug! I am going to try to link a photo where you can see my rug better. My new rug fits perfectly in the center of my office. I love the neutral gray and beige tones to my new area rug.

2. Sonoma Goods For Life® Boucle Feather Fill Throw Pillow

While at Kohl’s doing a few Amazon returns, I scoped out the home area to see what they had in stock for springtime. I took home a new soft boucle throw pillow for either my living room couch or my home office chair. The boucle throw pillow not only looks super chic in my office, but its very comfortable for me to use to support my back.

3. H Brown Throw Blanket

You can see a brown and white wool throw blanket hanging off my pink velvet chair. I bought this Amazon “H” throw blanket last year to drape over my chair and use when I feel cold. This throw blanket is a Hermes look for less! The Hermes “H” throw blankets cost over $1500 while this one runs under $70.

4. Kate and Laurel Arendahl Traditional Gold Baroque Inspired Mirror

The gold mirror leaning on my rattan desk acts as a central piece to my office decor set up. My exact gold mirror was passed down to us from Brian’s Mom, but I am linking several similar antique gold mirrors in the widget above. Gold is my favorite metal and having an antique brass/gold mirror on my desk/vanity area brings me a lot of joy!

5. Bliss Collections Daily Planner with 50 Undated 8.5 x 11 Tear-Off Sheets
