After so much success with my Fall Capsule Wardrobe I decided to create another one for winter. My personal style in the winter includes various neutral colors like brown, beige, cream, and grey. With my personal style in mind, I felt like I could devise a helpful winter capsule wardrobe for you and I to reference.

In the winter it’s important to keep a few keys tops in your wardrobe to select from. A mock neck tank top, long sleeve bodysuit, turtleneck sweater, pullover knit sweater, and chunky knit sweater are my top suggestions. As for chunky knit sweaters, you have to look at H&M! H&M brings back these same exact chunky knit sweaters year after year for a good reason. I’ve styled a green one here in this outfit post a few years back.

Over the years we’ve noticed a huge increase in popularity for shackets, or shirt jackets. In my own winter wardrobe I have a few shackets from Walmart, H&M, and even Amazon. Another outerwear that’s ideal for the winter season is a puffer jacket. Look at Old Navy and even Walmart for some solid puffer jacket options.

Not sure if you’ve seen me wear these amazing Walmart faux leather pants yet, but they are absolutely a favorite winter pant. I’ve been eyeing the faux leather pants at Abercrombie & Fitch, but I seriously can’t justify spending close to $100 on trendy pants. Walmart released a great pair of faux leather pants and I picked them up in a size 11 (fits like a size 10 in womens) in brown and cream.

With denim jeans you can’t go wrong with a classic pair of straight-leg denim. In 2022, straight-leg denim jeans are by far the most popular style of jean for women. As a size 10, I buy my jeans from Old Navy and Abercrombie & Fitch.
