5 Fall 2024 Fashion Trends To Consider Trying in 2024

1. Burgundy

Among my recent fall fashion purchases at both Old Navy and Walmart, I noticed a common color: burgundy. This dark and moody shade of red caught my attention as a trending color based on the abundance of it that I ended up styling this month. Burgundy will be one of fall 2024’s hottest colors to wear. The editors at Who What Wear also call attention to this shade as one to watch for.

2. Leopard Print

Back in the 90s, the fashion industry was filled with celebrities donning leopard printed coats, purses, and shoes. Leopard print will be having a moment in the spotlight once again for fall 2024. I already noticed some leopard print hitting the scene during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale where we can usually see some emerging trends on the rise.

3. Red

Even though burgundy will have a moment this fall season, your standard red will also stick around in the mix! Cherry red Adidas sneakers became a huge trend for spring/summer 2024 and I think they will still be around this fall season. I think the bright red makes for a great pop of color whether you choose to invest in a pair of red sneakers or handbag. I recently purchased a red handbag from Walmart to add it into my fall wardrobe.

4. Denim

Denim shirt dresses and denim midi skirts are two ways to style the denim trend this fall. Even denim accessories will be seen for fall 2024 as with the launch of these quilted denim purses at Target. 5. Ladylike

The quiet luxury trend continues to linger in 2024. Brands are keeping this trend going with a few updates for fall 2024. Think: tweed fabrics, cardigans, ballet flats, and bow details. Designers are drawing inspiration for the ladylike trend from Jackie O.
