February Favorites 2020 + Month Recap
Today I am sharing my February Favorites 2020 edition! I had a great February celebrating my 26th birthday in Savannah and spending time with Brian on Valentine’s Day. If you missed my January Favorites be sure to check that post out here. With the ending of another month, I wanted to share some of my favorites. Fashion, beauty, and home decor favorites from February kept me busy creating content for the blog, too. As you keep reading this post, you’ll find lists for all of my February fashion, beauty, and home decor favorites. Most of these are affordable, too! Last month, I booked an exciting photo shoot with my new friend and Florida photographer, Grace, over by Armature Works to capture Valentine’s Day inspiration and curated looks filled with pink, red, and faux Gucci tights. The two of us had a lot of fun exploring Armature Works just before the sunset. The end results from our shoot together showed up all across my social channels (see here on Instagram) and especially on the blog when I shared some Valentine’s Day Makeup and Valentine’s Day Outfit Ideas.
February also included a little bit of travel! For my birthday, I really wanted to travel someplace new. Savannah, Georgia became my top contender for a weekend trip. Somehow I convinced my sister and Brian to come with me over my birthday weekend to explore Savannah. We ended up having an amazing trip together and stayed at quite a luxurious and sophisticated hotel, The Alida. To check out my complete review of The Alida hotel be sure to pop over to this post.

February Favorites 2020 – Fashion Faves
Faux Gucci GG Interlocking Tights (styled in THIS POST)
Free People ‘Closer to the Heart’ Mini Dress (styled in THIS POST)
Women’s High-Rise Straight Leg Ankle Length Jeans (Target) (styled in THIS POST) For size reference, I purchased a size 10. At Target I am typically anywhere between a 6-10. For this specific style of high-rise denim jeans, I found the size 10 to fit me perfectly. These jeans are also a steal to keep in your closet for only $22.00!
These leggings are comparable to the Lululemon Align pants! Save yourself a lot of money by shopping at Amazon pair. I own a pair of Lululemon pants myself and the Amazon version feels the same. Aligns sell really well for Lululemon because these leggings include buttery soft Nulu fabric. Instead of paying over $100 on a single pair of leggings, I recommend checking out the $26 Amazon dupes.

February Favorites 2020 – Beauty Faves
Maybelline SuperStay Ink Crayon Lipstick in “Lead the Way” and “Run the World” are my top two favorite shades.

Loving Tan Express 2 HR Express Self Tanning Mousse (Shade: Medium)
Revlon Hair Dryer & Volumizing Styler
Since purchasing this Revlon hair dryer, my hair continues to look blown out as if I just returned from the salon! At first, I was hesitant to make this purchase. There are a few pros and cons to this styler. One of the pros? It cuts down my hair drying time by at least 10 minutes. One of the biggest cons? It’s HEAVY. Maybe I am just not used to carrying such a large tool next to my head, but I wish this styler weighed less.
All in all, I am glad I bought it. If anything I have some experience using it and can create volume to my otherwise fine hair in minutes. You can check Amazon to see if it goes on sale or buy it from Walmart as I did for under $45.
