Hi, friends! Bringing you a complete fall outfit today here on the blog. This week our weather has drastically improved. With the humidity down and a temperature hitting the low 80s, I felt compelled to zip up my Marc Fisher boots and slip in my new H&M faux mini skirt for a round of photos!
My Mom and I visited the Wooden Rooster, a restaurant here in St. Pete, for dinner the other night. I took it upon myself to get dolled up and even threw on a bold lipstick for the occasion. Ever since my initial blog post and sponsorship with Physicians Formula launched last month, I’ve been playing around with this clean drugstore beauty brand a lot. I’m keeping so many great products from their line safely tucked away in my home office desk!
As you can see here my lip color appears reddish-brown. The shade “Spice” has a beautiful, nourishing formula and this color looks amazing for fall time. The lipstick formulation contains organic shea butter as well as nourishing lip oils for a velvety smooth finish. Highly impressed by the results as seen here!

Let’s break down this early fall look, shall we? I stopped by Kohl’s the other day and spotted a stack of long sleeve tops and cozy knits in the junior’s section. While looking through the long sleeves I noted this rust-colored top that stood out to me over the boring black and gray ones.
How to Style a Faux Leather Skirt? Wear a Turtleneck!
When I shop at Kohl’s I check online for any additional coupons. On this particular afternoon, I found a 15% off promo code that I used at checkout to purchase my long sleeve top and beige braided headband.
The long sleeve top I have on is a size medium and I’d say it fits true to size. Honestly, I love it so much that I’m considering ordering a few more colors! It’s also light enough to layer a sweater over when that time arrives. It’s a thin rayon and spandex material which means it’s stretchy and extra soft!
Back in the day I never wore turtlenecks. Turtlenecks felt itchy and constricting to me! Now I am fully embracing this style for Fall. I also need to get my hands on a chunky turtleneck sweater like this one from H&M for $20.
