Let the fall outfit planning commence. Time to chat fall shoes! This Fall season, I am wearing all different styles of boots and trendy mules. From hiker boots to the classic over-the-knee look, it’s no surprise that I can easily round-up a bunch of shoe options for you to discover in today’s post.
Fall Shoe Trends 2020: Tall Boots
One standout shoe that I’ve recently purchased are these taupe tall scrunch boots from Target ($40) in my standard size 10. You can see how I style these taupe scrunch boots in this recent outfit post, too.

The Lainee Heeled Scrunch Fashion Boots are a current favorite to style with a flowy bohemian dress at the moment. Of course, when it’s cooler out, I plan on reaching for these scrunch boots to style over denim jeans.
Do you notice how similar these boots look to the more expensive version from Vince Camuto?! I seriously stopped right in my tracks when I saw these boots in my Target shoe aisle. I’d consider them a perfect replica for the Vince Camuto Derika Leather boot ($249).

Fall Shoe Trends: Snakeskin Print
It’s taken me quite some time to warm up to the snakeskin print, but I just purchased a pair of Old Navy driving mules with this neutral pattern all over so I am eager to style them this month. Initially, I thought wearing snakeskin appeared too masculine.

With my style, I gravitate toward light and airy feminine pieces most of the time. Yes, I also mix in a few bohemian prints and patterns here and there. I did come across these stylish and comfortable Old Navy mules so we’ll see how I execute my outfit planning to incorporate the snakeskin print.

In addition to the snakeskin print, another fall trend for shoes this season include hiking boots. Typically speaking, when I think about hiking boots, I immediately envision clunky and ugly shoes.
