Hey, friend! Let’s chat hair. My hair type is fine in texture which means it’s thin and tangles easily. Every 8 weeks, I see my hair stylist for a color refresh, bang trim, and conditioning treatment at an Aveda Salon here in St. Pete.
When I wash my hair I use a variety of products depending on the level of treatment it needs. Some days my hair needs a boost of moisture and I use a hair mask for 10 minutes in the shower.
As an influencer, I am also sent over a bunch of new hair products to test out each month. I enjoy switching up the hair products I use on a regular basis to see what kind of results happen from certain products.

Recently I’ve been using a new shampoo and conditioner gifted to me by QVC from Bumble and bumble. Since I have extremely fine hair, I wanted to try out a thickening shampoo and conditioner. Bumble and bumble makes a great volumizing shampoo and conditioner that creates extra thickness for my fine hair!

Some days I’ll just use one of these products alone and my hair still ends up looking great after. For example, on days when I haven’t washed my hair in a long time, I’ll solely use the shampoo to get rid of excess oil build-up. If my hair has seen a lot of direct sun from spending time outside then I’ll use the conditioner for moisture.

Another great combination for soft hair this summer comes from the brand Verb. This Austin-based hair brand offers everything from standard shampoo and conditioner to hair leave-in treatments. I’ve had shampoo and conditioner from Verb in my guest bathroom for months now and I typically use it when I want to leave the shower with super soft ends. The Verb conditioner is definitely a great pick!

Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair!™ Deep Conditioning Hair Mask
