Neutral Fall Home Decor Ideas 2022

For fall 2022, I am taking a neutral approach when it comes to my home decor choices. Last fall, I definitely leaned into neutral, amber, and woodsy home decor finds for the first time. Some of the colors in my fall palette include: beige, grey, white, and brown. All of these neutral colors are easy to style.

Once September 1st hit, I visited my decor closet to pull down my fall decorations. I’m featuring a few items from last year here in my living room set up.

Neutral Pillows for the Couch

One of the biggest home decor trends I’m noticing for this season is sherpa. You’ll see cozy sherpa pillows in all shapes and sizes. After scrolling on Pinterest, I ended up spotting some cute sherpa pumpkin pillows. During an afternoon trip out on Sunday, I stopped by Kirkland’s to see what they had for fall. I took home two sherpa pumpkin pillows – one in beige and one in brown.

On the living room table, I added my Walmart woven basket and filled it with tiny sherpa pumpkins. You can find affordable versions of these pumpkins at Target and even on Amazon.

Living Room Table Decor

Behind the woven basket I added an amber jar with faux Achillea & Sedum. The entire amber bottle and stems is under $6.00. I purchased it last year and Target brought it back for this fall season.

Canvas Artwork – these two large canvas artwork featuring white and black circles are some of my favorite pieces that I’ve purchased for my console table. You can find the same ones on Amazon and on Walmart for roughly under $100.

Gray Sayings Fall Art – I purchased this gray fall art last year around this time. I bring it back out to display on my console table during October and November. Kirkland’s has a great selection of fall art with cute sayings. Mine might still be available if you look online.

Amber Glass Bottle Arrangement – one of my other favorite fall decor finds from Target. This small amber jar comes with an arrangement of neutral stems and leaves.

Marble Dish – you can see this beige marble dish in the middle of my console table. The round shape and neutral tones make it an easy piece to style all year round. For fall, I put a black ceramic vase filled with pampas grass.

Coiled Rope Baskets – underneath my console table I have two large white rope baskets from Target. Each basket is $30 and you can fit SO much inside! Highly recommend these baskets if you are looking for neutral baskets to place underneath your own table.
