There comes a time when I transition my home from the vibrant hues of summer into the warmth of the fall season. Towards the end of September I make my way to my holiday closet and pull down my fall decor boxes that are completely filled with artificial stems, fall wall art, decorative objects, and more.

I want to achieve a cozy autumnal style with my living room decor that also utilizes neutral colors like light beige, brown, and cream. My home decor style hasn’t changed too dramatically over the course of a year as you’ll notice.

For this year’s fall living room decorating ideas, I have plenty of plush sherpa pumpkin pillows of all shapes and sizes that would make for adorable accents to any couch. I mainly shopped at Target and At Home for new fall decor touches this year. Both places have affordable fall home decor items that are great to hold onto.

Neutral Pumpkin Embroidered Pillow

When the fall season feels near, I typically venture out to find a new pumpkin pillow or two. Since I keep my living room decor rather neutral I knew I wanted to search for a beige or grey pumpkin pillow to add to my collection. Once inside the At Home store, I immediately saw this lumbar grey and white pumpkin pillow that could be the star of my couch for fall!

Plush Pumpkin Pillows

Back again in popularity are big sherpa pumpkin pillows. Etsy has adorable custom sherpa pumpkin pillows in neutral shades that I adore. Amazon also has similar plush sherpa pumpkin-shaped pillows to order now for this fall season. Adding one or two of these cute pumpkin pillows will definitely make your living room decor feel updated and cozy!

Fall Living Room Coffee Table Decor

Soft Boucle Pumpkins

Inside one of my round bowls I have three small boucle textured pumpkins. You can find these trendy fall decorative pumpkins at Michael’s or Target for under $10.

Whitewashed Wood Round Tray

In the center of my marble coffee table I have a new At Home find which is a whitewashed round tray to hold more decorative objects. At Home stores are new to my area and I’ve been shopping there for the past few weeks to gather more fall home decor. I am impressed with this large round tray!

Faux Leather Arrangement

Both Target and At Home have great options for faux greenery. I found these brown neutral stems during a recent shopping trip to At Home. I purchased a few of them to add into my Target vase. In addition to the brown neutral stems, I also grabbed a few artificial green caspia stems to add a little contrast to the arrangement.
