25 Affordable Fashion Pieces I Wore on Repeat in 2025

My Most Worn, Midsize-Friendly Closet Staples
If there’s one thing my closet taught me in 2025, it’s that affordable doesn’t mean disposable. Instead of focusing on everything I bought this year, I’m sharing the 25 fashion pieces I actually wore on repeat — the items that earned their place through comfort, versatility, and real-life wear.
As a midsize, Florida-based fashion content creator, I gravitate toward pieces that work for warm weather, busy days, and everyday life — without blowing the budget. These are my most-worn finds from Target, Walmart, Amazon, and Old Navy, and every single one was worth the money.
👚 Tops I Reached For Constantly
1. Amazon Puff Sleeve Top
A classic top that pairs beautifully with skirts, jeans, and shorts – this puff sleeve top one was a favorite of mine to style in spring and summer. I liked how it looked tucked into skirts and trousers the most.

2. Amazon Cozy Crewneck Sweater
I also lived in this brown crewneck sweater during the fall and winter. You can dress this Amazon sweater up or down. I liked wearing it with neutral trousers for a put together office-ready look. Chocolate brown was also a very trendy color for fall 2025 so we’ll see if this color trends in 2026.
3. Walmart Long Sleeve Top
I styled this ribbed long sleeve top from Walmart with min skirts, long skirts, and jeans during the fall season. I loved how flattering it looked worn off-the-shoulder!
4. Target Sleeveless Top
I also really enjoyed wearing more shades of red, especially burgundy, this year! Here’s a fun burgundy sleeveless tank top that ended up being such a top seller. I wore it casually with linen shorts and dressed up with a pair of neutral trousers.
👖 Bottoms That Never Let Me Down
5. Target Linen Pants
In the summer I prefer to wear as much linen and cotton as possible to beat the heat while living in Florida. I lived in these chic linen pants from Target! The adjustable drawstring at the top and thick elastic band made them breathable and comfortable to wear all day long.

6. Levi’s Straight Leg Denim Jeans
Throughout November and December, I found myself reaching for my Levi’s jeans quite often to pair with winter jackets as seen into this outfit below.

7. Walmart Scoop Scubaknit Pants
Okay I wore the heck out of these buttery soft scubaknit pants all December long! I ordered them to style for a Walmart campaign and ended up wearing them way more than I first imagined I would. The Scoop line at Walmart makes inspired loungewear to SPANX Air Essentials for a fraction of the price if you are looking to invest in new travel pieces for 2026.

8. Walmart Corduroy Pants
In the fall I also ended up wearing these cream corduroy pants paired with cozy sweaters and jackets. The bottoms from Walmart are seriously some of my top picks! Throughout the entire year I wore tons of Walmart shorts, skirts, pants, and jeans. Check out my Walmart Mavely Shop to keep up with my next round of Walmart bottoms that I style for 2026.

👗 Dresses & One-and-Done Pieces
9. PrettyGarden Amazon Puff Sleeve Dress
While on vacation in Greece, I wore this puff sleeve dress a few times out exploring the city streets of Santorini. I loved the blue floral print for Santorini so much! It was also an easy dress to walk in as we visited the beautiful city of Oia during our trip. Make sure to read all about my Santorini trip in this blog post, too.

10. Quince Smocked Dress
One more top-rated dress that I worn a lot during the summer and even into the fall is this blue and white smocked dress from Quince. This Quince smocked dress is a Hill House look for less option that is super comfortable and perfect for a hot summer day.
11. Old Navy Printed Sundress
OMG what a beauty this sundress was from Old Navy! I loved wearing this in the summer season out and about in St. Pete. I hope Old Navy brings back a similar style in 2026 because this gorgeous cotton dress reminds me of something you could order for $200 from Farm Rio.
12. Amazon Free People Inspired Dress
A lot of us fashionistas love the look of a Free People dress, but when it comes to the price, it can immediately turn us away. That’s why I am so glad I’ve been able to discover plenty of Free People inspired looks on Amazon. This dress in particular was one that I wore in the spring on our honeymoon cruise and out to a local boutique event.
13. Rent the Runway Farm Rio Dress
I also partnered with Rent the Runway earlier this fall and fell in love with this stunning Farm Rio dress. Instead of paying full price for it I was able to rent it out for our partnership together which was a nice way to try out a designer brand without committing to paying full price. 🧥 Layering Pieces I Constantly Grabbed
14. Walmart Grandpa Cardigan
I really hope Walmart brings this Grandpa cardigan back for 2026 because I loved the fit, texture, and neutral tone to this easy piece. You can wear this over a dress, bodysuit, long sleeve tee – so many great outfits were created thanks to this affordable, effortless button front cardigan from Walmart.

15. Walmart Avia Jacket
Another jacket I constantly reached for when it got chilly out is this sleek Lululemon-inspired one from Walmart. Avia at Walmart makes some of my all-time favorite active and loungewear pieces! This jacket is perfect for layering for a cooler evening walk because it has some fleece on the inside to keep you warm. The exact jacket continues to come back to Walmart year after year so I’ll be sure to link similar ones for you.
16. Walmart Cotton Lady Jacket
What a pretty office-ready lady jacket this one turned out to be! Whenever I had a Zoom meeting I would throw on this Walmart cardigan to instantly feel more elegant. I would size down in this soft, button-front lady jacket piece.

👟 Shoes & Accessories I Lived In
18. Hoka Transport Sneakers
I wear these Hoka sneakers while out running errands, but most importantly, I wear them to my workout classes. I needed to find a good pair of comfortable sneakers for my intense strength training and cardio classes and ultimately I landed on the Hoka Transport sneakers. What I love the most about them? The fact that you never need to lace them up! You simply tug on the center toggle to tighten them in seconds.
19. Target Sandals
I worn these H-band sandals all throughout spring and summer and especially on our Caribbean honeymoon cruise! Target typically carries this same style of sandal year after year. I ended up buying them in white, brown, and raffia when they were marked down.
20. Amazon Satchel Purse
Faux suede purses were all the rage in 2025 and my Amazon satchel purse carried me through season after season. This satchel is super similar to mine on Amazon.
21. Old Navy Faux Suede Mary Janes
Mary Jane shoes also really took off in 2025 – I found these sleek brown faux suede flats at Old Navy. These flats look great paired with jeans and dresses alike.

22. Seashell Inspired Jewelry
I wore this initial necklace, seashell earrings, and seashell hair clip a lot during the summer season. Shop these seashell accessories here.
23. Target 14K Gold Plated Cubic Zirconia Stud Earrings
I was looking for a new pair of everyday earrings and I found these $20 cubic zirconia stud earrings at Target. These earrings are affordable, lightweight, and easy to style with any outfit.
24. Amazon Raffia Crossbody Bag
I brought this sleek white raffia crossbody with me on our Caribbean cruise and it was the perfect neutral crossbody bag for a tropical vacation. See how I styled it on our tropical cruise vacation in this YouTube video where I share cruise outfit ideas.
25. Walmart Time and Tru Crossbody Bag
I also loved how spacious this Time and Tru crossbody bag was for me carry all of my essentials inside. Doesn’t this Walmart bag also look designer? I feel like it looks similar to a Tory Burch bag for just under $20.
The most-worn items in my closet weren’t trendy splurges — they were affordable, comfortable, and versatile staples that fit my lifestyle. Building a wardrobe you love isn’t about owning more; it’s about owning better.
If you’re midsize, budget-conscious, and want fashion that actually works for everyday life, I hope this list helps you shop smarter and style easier.
